Vintage style Mesh Headlight Grills (splitscreen bus & pre 67 bug) - Black

Highly desirable vintage style mesh headlight grills for early VW's now available in black.

Original style grills that give that perfect period look to pre-67 bugs, Splitscreen Bus and Porsche 356  (see our other listings for late bug, type 3 and baywindow grilles)

These grilles are made from stainless steel and were original produced for the Australian market in the late 50's / early 60's.  Previoulsly this style grille have not been reproduced until now and you will not find a grille that fits onto old Volkswagens in such a neat and easy way.

Requires no modifications to fit over the glass as they have a neat clip at the top that hooks in between the glass and chrome headlight rim, then just fixes at the bottom using the original mounting bolt.
